Shipping Charges are based on shipping location and quantity of items purchased. Further discountson shipping are applicable on the purchase of a larger amount.

All products are shipped via reputed reliable and insured courier companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.

If you have shopped multiple items in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship) . At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.

We will not be responsible for any delay caused by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Q . If multiple products has be chosen. Is it possible to ship the available items first?

A . Yes. If you have chosen multiple products and want items of earlier available dates to be shipped earlier. Please contact our customer service and we will ship as per your requirements.

Q . In case of a single shipment, on what date will multiple products be delivered?

A . Different products have different delivery dates. If you have chosen multiple products to be sent in one single shipment, the delivery date would be done on the later available product. For example, one item has the 1st of this month as delivery date and another item has 5th of the same month as delivery date. For a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the 5th.

All the prices of our goods on www.destinationindiashop.com are on the discretion of the owner and he/she has the right to change the price of any good without any prior notice. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the shipped date.

• It may be returned to the Destination India store in the United States for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase; or
• It may be returned by mail to the address below for an exchange or full e-store credit towards your next purchase at destinationindiashop.com which is valid for one years or through a www.destinationindiashop.com gift card.
• Please retain the Gift card, E-Gift certificate or Store credit receipt after your purchase for an exchange or future purchases
• When you are returning any product bought,Please pack and seal your return merchandise unworn securely (in the original package if possible) and include the bill and Customs Documents (if applicable).  Please note that the Return shipping charges are not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

• Once we receive your returned package at the above address we wil get back to you with your coupon code or gift certificate details. This whole process may take 2-3 weeks.
